A private garden designed for a friend as a gift for the landing of new life of the family. The priciples of garden building such as pavement and bamboo fence type was basically based on the traddition of Japanese - engei according to the request of the client. But the pavillion as the core of the garden was a toast to the book of "Ying-tsao fa-shih". The form was extracted from the well-shelter of ancient China, but scaled up the size for human activities.

这一基于日式园艺原则所建的私人庭院，是为了迎接朋友家庭新生命的到来而作的礼物。其中亭子作为重心取自营造法式所录中国古代井亭，将尺度放大以容纳日常活动。小径铺砖将日式御影石延段与中式青石砖结合交替使用，篱笆采取“建仁寺”制式，预先将柱子用铁丝串联，再手工用钉枪绑绳现场自己加工而成。园内植枫、杏、桂、樱，竹，海棠、柿子等。
